i’m a certified meditation teacher who enjoys helping people to achieve inner calm/peace through meditation.
I grew up in the Bronx, and was introduced to meditation as a teenager by his mother. It has become a staple in my routine and it is a tool that I utilizes to hold enlightening conversations with people about true happiness.
I love to blend hip hop and popular culture with my energetic style to create meditations that are fun, feel inclusive, and encourage others to build a sustainable practice that works for them.
Currently there are 3 ways to work with me in this aspect:
1) “Mind Right Mondays”- This is a weekly donation based meditation that I host every Wednesday on ZOOM at 6:30PM EST. My goal is to make this one of the best 30 minutes of your week. Come join me and the crew as we calm our minds with meditation, set positive intentions for the week, and inspire some growth through conversation.
2) 1:1 Private Meditation- This is a more personal way to learn meditation and to receive guidance in cultivating a practice of your own. Sessions our conducted virtually through Zoom.
3) Meditations For Corporations/Brands-This is a great way to establish a deeper connection and build mindfulness as a group, while growing together! I conduct meditation workshops catered to your specific goals teaching participants about meditation, its benefits, different types of it, and how to cultivate a practice going forward from the event.
