After working as a personal trainer and strength coach for 12+ years, I’ve helped hundreds of people lose weight, gain strength and surpass the expectations they set for themselves. Through learning about their specific bodies, diets, sleep patterns, mindsets, habits and hang-ups, they learned how to make sustainable choices that were driven from their truest, most authentic selves.
