Backed by science, nutrition, human behavior and mindfulness practices, the Elevate Method bridges the gap between knowledge and application and helps people take ownership over their lives through a three-step process: (1) igniting the heart, (2) shifting the mind, and (3) changing behaviors. I believe you can’t take massive sustained action if your goals don’t mean anything to you; you can’t change your outcomes if your mindset is holding you back; and you won’t see results if you don’t align your goals to your everyday behaviors.

This 1:1:, virtual training process focuses on five aspects of your life:
1) Mind Power and Habit Building
All battles in life are won or lost mentally before the physical journey even begins. If you are losing the battle by holding on to limiting beliefs of food and/or exercise and doubting your ability to achieve your goal, the road will be very difficult. Our lives are the culmination of our thoughts and daily habits. In our initial consultation and throughout our journey together, we will work to set up clear plans of action that will push aside road blocks and help craft routines that bring you closer to your finish line. When you to develop a winning mindset and build winning habits, you achieve the results that you deserve! By changing limiting behaviors and habits you will set yourself up for long term success.
2) Strength Training
Whether your goal is to lose body fat, improve your performance, walk the runway to your bedroom mirror in style, or develop a lean Hollywood physique, lifting (using bodyweight, kettlebells, dumbbells, etc) is an efficient means to develop the body you are looking for. The goal of our individualized workouts will be to increase muscle tone and improve strength, while boosting your endurance and igniting your metabolism. You're going to love it!
3) Mobility Work
Modern society has the majority of us spending more time in cubicles and occupying sofas, instead of being active and using our bodies to their full potential. This leads to muscle imbalances and tightness that restricts movement. This not only puts us at an increased risk for injury, but interferes with our ability to be effective during our workouts and achieve the best results possible. Of course you know that I can't let this happen to you! The mobility techniques that I will teach you incorporate the newest stretching and myofascial release techniques to help you improve your flexibility and move efficiently. I will teach you how to rest and restore your body like a boss.
4) Conditioning
Whether you are looking to outlast the competition on the field or simply prepare your body for anything that life has to throw at you, conditioning work will leave no muscle unchallenged. By combining dynamic movements such as running, throwing, jumping, and punching in multiple planes, and moving at various speeds in various directions, you will not only have fun but your body will also be more efficient at burning fat, more energized, and more athletic. 5) Nutrition
You have probably heard this saying over and over again: "you can't out run an angry unicorn". Wrong saying. Oops!
You can't out train a bad diet. That is probably a little more familiar and it is absolutely correct. Here at SojiFit the goal is to fill your life with delicious food, that is both simple and nutrient dense. Eating healthy doesn't have to be the worst part of your day. Food is way too cool for that. I will help you to build winning eating habits that leave you filled with energy, help you reach your fitness goals, and satisfy your appetite in the process. Lets put the fun back in the kitchen!
